Terrible customer service received when wrong item was sent. Hugely frustrating experience. Ordered 1kg boneless pork leg on website. It was to make a traditional roast pork New Year’s Day lunch. A badly chopped up box of pork arrived. Raised the issue on the website chat function and finally transferred to a ‘human’. This advisor insisted I had received exactly what I ordered and repeatedly trying to tell me I had ordered incorrectly I was asked for screenshots. I sent the screenshot which clearly showed I requested whole joint and he still called me a liar. He sent a screenshot of his printout which said ‘small’ (apparently that means chopped small). I explained that obviously the ordering system has a glitch as I could prove what I ordered and that’s what he asked. I was told there was nothing wrong with their system. I had made a mistake. Trying to rectify an issue with someone who evidently does not know various meat joints and how they are cooked is a frustrating experience. Explaining that you have trained as a chef so you do understand these joints and would never order chopped pork leg is a frustrating experience. Being repeatedly told you are lying is a frustrating experience. Spending 1 hour and 15 minutes on WhatsApp, numerous phone calls, holding on while a phone is passed around at least 4 people is a frustrating experience. Eventually having the meat exchanged for what was ordered only after threatening to come down in person and make a scene is a frustrating experience. When we went to cook we discovered it wasn’t actually boneless as ordered but had bone in which meant we had to butcher it and truss it (also we were charged for boneless). Guess what - that’s a frustrating experience!!! Never again will I shop here. They offer the worst ‘customer service’ experience.

How they have started packing, you need to see these pictures, we live near debon yet this is the quality over short distance delivery recived! All the kebabs broke while frying. Thank you for a not so delightful food experience! Put us to shame in front of guests! Edit: 4 days later Debon calls me and says, "Hi sir, this is regarding the review you posted. Sir you could have called us and we would have replaced it and also this happened because of the climate." I was like, "Dude are you serious right now? You calling me and instead of apologising you are blaming all the external factors like you are so perfect while you are not? You think people in Noida are idiots? I am not asking you for my money back! I posted it because that's the truth about you!" .... FYI: Debon is 5 mins away from my place, and no one picked up the call when I called and also I sent them these pictures first to which their original response was, one of our offline agents will get back to you when available. .... They have become so arrogant, for people like these they only understand the language of money!

Terrible service. I had ordered over call chicken burger patties in the evening and received mutton paaya, half an hour later than the time they had told me it would arrive. The store was closed by then and hence, there was no option but to wait till the next morning to resolve the issue thereby ruining dinner plans. The next morning, when I called to complain, the only solution they offered is to exchange the product with no apology or compensation for the ruined dinner plans. I asked for a refund along with the patties I had initially ordered but they only offered a refund. They sent cash by hand and two of the notes they sent were torn. Horrible customer service and absolutely zero effort to address the lapse in their service and compensate for the same. This store no longer offers quality products or service.

Just a fantastic shop in whole of noida and Gr noida, huge variety of non veg good quality products at reasonable prices, has veg products and bakery products, packed products are also available, ready to eat products also available, there is a separate outlet for wholesale purchase, v good location, very clean, good staff, no delays in delivery,

We are regular users of Pigpo Jorbagh and Shanti Niketan. We visited Debon expecting at least the same quality of products and the same premium pricing. We were shocked to see their unsealed pork products were about 50 to 60% more expensive than Pigpo and even more than Khoob Chand,Connaught place. We were back home within 30 minutes of our purchase,and the items we bought were stinking.This has never happened to us before. Unlikely to visit Debon again.
